Years of experience
I am experienced in guiding professionals and familiar with the dynamics between professionals and their organization.
Partly due to my background as a work and organizational psychologist (A&O psychologist) and experienced manager in the mental health and judicial field, in combination with my therapeutic knowledge and skills, I help to keep people and organizations healthy and productive.
For years I have worked as a coach at, among others, the academy for medical specialists (www.academiemedischspecialisten.nl).
SYNTAGMA offers coaching & support for individual change processes, team building and reintegration issues. The main target groups include (care) professionals and managers from health care, education and government.
Coaching leads to / helps with personal competence development in the work of managers, professionals, advisors and others and encourages a change in behaviour. Topics covered in coaching:
