I am very satisfied with the sessions with Birgitte. Thanks to her I was able to make connections between the past and the present. In combination with concrete assignments this helped me to actively work on my request for help. Birgitte asks profound questions that you cannot or do not dare to ask yourself, which gave me valuable insights. I experienced the conversations as honest, confrontational and concrete and at the same time empathetic, which gave me the space to honestly share my feelings and thoughts.
